Dr. Minnie Blackwell, Education Director

Dr. Blackwell taught in local public schools for 21 years at the elementary, middle and high school level.  She holds her doctorate in curriculum development from Nova University, bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Charleston Southern University and is Montessori-certified.  She is serving her third term as mayor of Hanahan.

Christine Tiller, Administrative Director

Mrs. Tiller is a graduate of the College of Charleston and is certified for infants through age six by the North American Montessori Center.

Our lead teachers are either Montessori-trained or certified. Continuous training for lead teachers and assistants are vital to the growth of our programs.
